Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi

Work Location: Onsite at our Pune office
Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday through Saturday)

Work Model: This is a strictly in-office position in Pune. We do not offer remote work, work-from-home, or part-time arrangements.
Interview Format: Mandatory in-person interview. Virtual or online interviews are not available.
Direct Hiring: We are hiring directly for our own team. Associative is a 5-year-old software development company, not an outsourcing agency or recruitment consultancy.
No Fees: We operate with unyielding transparency. We do not charge fees for recruitment, interviews, or training. Do not pay any individual or third party for any part of this process.
