Service Commencement and Refunds: All service orders are final. Due to the custom nature of our work, cancellations and refunds are not available once work has commenced.
Work and Communication: All communication is managed through our project managers via WhatsApp and email. There are no on-site visits or direct developer communication.
Third-Party Costs: The client is solely responsible for all costs associated with third-party resources (themes, plugins, APIs, developer accounts, hosting, etc.).
Payment: Invoices are due upon receipt to ensure the continuation of work. Accepted methods include RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and UPI.
Post-Project Support: We provide a 7-day period of complimentary post-launch support. Further support is subject to additional charges.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for our services.
