TERMS OF SERVICE OVERVIEW
- Location: Our developers work securely from our offices in Pune; we do not work on-site at client locations.
- Estimates: We provide general time estimates based on our experience (e.g., minimum 1000 hours for complex custom software), but we do not provide fixed-bid or fixed-timeline contracts due to the dynamic nature of agile development.
- Payment Methods: We accept RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and UPI.
- Support: We provide a 7-day complimentary post-launch support period to ensure a smooth deployment.
