About the Role Associative is seeking a passionate, talented, and motivated AI Developer to join our growing team in Pune. As a fresher in this role, you will have the unique opportunity to dive into the world of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, working alongside dedicated innovators to transform visionary ideas into scalable digital realities.

You will get exposure to our cutting-edge technology stack, potentially contributing to areas like core AI/ML (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch), Generative AI & LLMs (LangChain, Ollama), Computer Vision (OpenCV), and our flagship R&D project, NexusReal.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Fresher
Education: Any Graduate
Equipment: Must have your own laptop for work
Languages: Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi
Eligibility: This position is strictly for candidates ready to join a full-time role. It is not intended for individuals who are currently pursuing their education or any full-time courses.

What We Offer

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: Onsite at our Pune office (No remote, work-from-home, or part-time arrangements are available)
Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday
Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
